PB:Personal Training

I do one to one training with runners to help them recover from injury and stay injury free. We work on improving strength and endurance in both the lower and upper body to improve their performance and ultimately their times. To ensure they are energised for their training it is important that I also do a nutritional analysis of their eating habits.

The first stage of undertaking personal training with me is to meet for a free consultation to discuss your training, and your goals.

As much as I am a running expert, I also train many clients in weight loss, muscle building, and sports performance.

I train most of my clients in the beautiful location of Platja de la Barceloneta and Parque Barceloneta.

Training sessions are 1 hour long.

PB:Training One to One

€555 - 15 Sessions (3x per week)

€400 - 10 Sessions (2 x a week)

€220 - 5 sessions (1 x a week)

€220 - Runner’s Starter Pack (5 sessions)

Postural assessments, running technique assessment, gait analysis, + 4 PT sessions to make corrections.

€120 a month - Marathon Training Programme
